Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the cushions in their original packaging or a similar sized box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand off your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
